Electronic Repair Technician
For more than 30 years our client has supported organizations across the nation with their expertise in services ranging from preventative maintenance and machine integration to field services and industrial controls solutions.  Our client has tasked Qualified with the important position of securing the most qualified and technically savvy teammates to join their growing team of experts!   The primary functions for the incumbent of this role are to troubleshoot, repair and test industrial motor equipment down to the component level using standard work instructions, manuals, company tools, personal tools, and test equipment.  We are NOT seeking a standard maintenance/repair person.  We are seeking someone that can tear an electric motor apart, find what’s broken and make the necessary repairs.  RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Troubleshoot, repair and test assigned work (Servo Drives, Robotics, Controls, Computers, Welders, etc.)
  • Submit purchase order requests for component parts
  • Follow and adhere to standard work instructions
  • Identify and record problems relating to the equipment, process, or quality
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or GED (required)
  • Certification or degree from a college or technical trade institution
  • 3+ years’ experience repairing industrial electronic equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic equipment
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
