Hiring Now: Data Entry Associate$20 per hourShift: 8:00am-4:30pmThe Data Entry Associate is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data accurately and efficiently in company databases. This role involves working with various forms of data, ensuring its integrity, and supporting overall data management efforts.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Entry:
  • Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets accurately.
  • Verify and review data for discrepancies and correct any errors.
  1. Data Management:
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and databases.
  • Implement data entry procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  1. Reporting:
  • Generate reports from the database as required.
  • Assist in analyzing data trends and compiling information for various departments.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work with team members and other departments to resolve data issues.
  • Provide assistance and support during data audits and quality checks.
  1. Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive records of data entries and corrections.
  • Follow data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry for manufacturing or administrative support is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Familiarity with database management systems is an advantage.
