We are recruiting for an experienced full time Pet Insurance Customer Care Agent. This position is the primary point of contact for customer interactions and service activities regarding their pet health insurance benefits.
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic candidate who likes to get things done and be successful in new business opportunities.
Call center hours are Monday-Friday 8: 30AM-8PM and Saturdays 10AM-3PM and your shift will be based on the needs of the business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering inbound warm leads and working hard to convert them into customers. Works in a positive, team-oriented and structured call center environment service existing customers regarding their pet health insurance benefits. Results-driven with a Positive Attitude
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Have a NC Property and Casualty License, Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows)Ability to develop genuine, lasting relationships with our customers, instilling trust in our services and our product, Knowledge of Veterinary Medical Terminology helpful, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Self-starting, proactive thinker with the ability to problem solve.Must be organized, able to prioritize, multi-task and work efficiently. Prefer some college or equivalent experience*Sense of humor and a positive attitude (extra points for humor!)
Will also be eligible for a monthly bonus.
