- Estimating products through a quoting system in Salesforce
- Entering orders through a quoting system in Salesforce
- Assisting with customer take-offs and quoting
- Assisting customers on the website for various product data, testing reports, installation instructions, etc.
- Answering general phone calls, including general tech support questions
- Customer Service calls: address with factory regarding missing material and/or replacement material, damaged good, delivery schedules, etc.
- Shipping out samples
- Order all marketing materials
- Quote follow up including determining what company was awarded the project.
- Archiving quotes and orders
- Assisting in long-term customer projects
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must have prior Business to Business customer support/management experience to be considered.
- Experience or knowledge in the construction industry is a plus
