Customer Support
  • Estimating products through a quoting system in Salesforce
  • Entering orders through a quoting system in Salesforce
  • Assisting with customer take-offs and quoting
  • Assisting customers on the website for various product data, testing reports, installation instructions, etc.
  • Answering general phone calls, including general tech support questions
  • Customer Service calls: address with factory regarding missing material and/or replacement material, damaged good, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Shipping out samples
  • Order all marketing materials
  • Quote follow up including determining what company was awarded the project.
  • Archiving quotes and orders
  • Assisting in long-term customer projects

Requirements
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Must have prior Business to Business customer support/management experience to be considered.
  • Experience or knowledge in the construction industry is a plus
