Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer phones and respond to internal and external customer requests

 

 

  • Set appointments and handle all inbound and outbound customer shipments

 

 

  • Prepare and distribute customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion

 

 

  • File all outbound documents on a daily basis and manage file retention

 

 

  • Complete all Manifest Data

 

 

  • Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts and ensure proper stock rotation

 

 

  • Keep accurate records and reports; key inventory adjustments in computer

 

 

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area; conduct operations safely and consistently

 

 

  • Assist in maintaining warehouse security; report issues and problems to management

 

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years customer service experience preferably in a 3rd party warehousing facility

 

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience

 

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

 

 

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a high stress and fast-paced environment
