Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones with a cheerful voice and demeanor
  • Answer questions about the company's products
  • Enter orders into the order management system
  • Provide a great customer service experience

Work Hours are Monday - Thursday from 10:00am - 7:00pm (36 hours per week)

or 

Monday and Tuesday (8-10 hour shift)

 

MUST be able to type very well while on the phone with customers

MUST be reliable 

MUST be willing to learn about the company's products
