Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Do you like working in a fast-paced environment? Are you looking for work in the Jeffersonville Area? Qualified Staffing has a Lawn Care Manufacturing company hiring for a Customer Service Representative. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

  1. Monday through Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
  2. Overtime will be offered based on needs

Pay Rate:
  1. $20-$24 per hour depending on experience


The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the facilitation of orders across all product brands and among a variety of customer types. The incumbent will utilize e-mail, phone, fax, and chat to positively assist customers by responding to product-related inquiries.

  1. Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all dealings with others. All encounters acted within a “Win-Win” framework.
  2. Efficiently deal with and resolve a wide variety of customer issues pertaining to all Brinly products across all brands.
  3. Clearly communicate ideas relating to orders and technical product issues and information.
  4. Communicate clearly and effectively via e-mail (written), voice (expressive), chat (written) and CRM applications/tools (written) pertaining to a variety of product-related issues: assembly, installation, troubleshooting, parts, warranty, order/pricing, freight, etc. Primary communications via all modalities will be in English.
  5. Perform order entry of customer information relating to orders, quality, etc.
  6. Resolve warranty issues and process returns.
  7. Collect and disseminate technical and quality information/feedback to other departments and groups within Brinly-Hardy Co.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge of all Brinly & Spyker product lawn and garden & turf equipment and processes to ensure a high level of assistance to customers.
  9. Participate in sales promotions by contacting existing and potential customers.
  10. May participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and product demonstrations as required.
  11. Will provide technical expertise as needed in marketing, sales, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing departments.
  12. Participates in continuous improvement projects.

  1. High school diploma or GED 
  2. Lean manufacturing training a plus 
  3. Quality assurance, Quality management training preferred 
  4. Experience with customer service technologies, including phone and chat system supports.
  5. Strong data entry/order entry skills (speed/accuracy)
