We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to add to a growing team. Taking over the phone requests, questions and orders to process customer inquiries. Maintaining a professional and customer focused relationships with clients. Keeping a positive attitude on every interaction with customer and paying close attention to detail. Educating oneself consistently on mechanical aptitude in order to master the technical aspect of the role. Responsibilities:
Taking over the phone requests and orders.
Assist customers by answering a variety of questions in a polite and professional manner.
Document all phone calls and decisions.
Stay informed on industry developments through continued learning.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, customer facing or sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
Mechanical Aptitude.
Fast and accurate data entry capabilities, with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent attendance and work history.
High attention to detail.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
