The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer inquiries and order entry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • To respond to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service.

 

  • Answering the phones and directing the call to appropriate staff member.

  

  • To input orders as provided by customers via fax, email or by sales staff’s instructions.

  

  • Serve as lunch backup for the receptionist.

  

  • To maintain a daily work log of orders received and projects worked on.

  

The above referenced individual is responsible for all of the above and anything else deemed necessary by Management.

Customer Service experience in a Manufacturing environment required.

High School Diploma for Equivalent
