Qualified Staffing Is hiring for Remote Customer Service Representatives in the Appleton, Wisconsin area! These are Temp to Hire roles with TONS of growth opportunities! Hours: (8 HOUR SHIFT TIMES) BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8A TO 11P CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.***MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFT AS THEY CAN'T GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC SHIFT TIME. SHIFTS ARE ASSIGNED BEFORE YOU START. There will be a 6-8 week training period. Within that 6-8 weeks you will be working from 8am to 4:30pm Central Standard Time. This is a 100% remote role, however you MUST reside in one of these States listed below: * AL * AZ * CO * DE * FL * GA * ID * IL * IN * KS * KY * LA * MD * MI * NJ * NC * OK * TN * TX * VA * WI Job Description:The Remote Customer Service Representatives role is 90% answering phone calls and 10% entering the information into the system. Understand, apply, and communicate client-specific prescription benefit and pharmacy claim processing information to include things like:
Educate members on how to best utilize their benefits
Troubleshoot pharmacy claims real-time to include verifying information the pharmacy submits, comparing the claim result to benefit rules, and entering allowed overrides to allow claims to pay * Send documents to providers electronically
Follow up and provide superior service through outbound calls as necessary
Anticipate and address questions to prevent repeat calls in order to delight customers and reduce customer effort
Treat all customers with respect and display empathy
Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. If an offer is made there will be an education verification and background check will be ran. Internet Requirements: Candidate must complete a speed test prior to the interview for the Remote Customer Service Representative role. Candidate must have hardwired cable, fiber optics, or DSL broadband internet connection. (NOT WIFI, satellite or mobile / cellular ) Workspace: Must have an area dedicated in your home for a workspace set up. Room with a locked door (due to HIPPA, no one is allowed in the room while you are working), We do provide the computer, monitors, and phone set up. #IND-WH
