Job Description
Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic logistics client in Cartersville, GA area! If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in a warehouse office setting. Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline customer support by answering calls, resolving inquiries, and updating customers on order status
Assist with receptionist tasks: phone support, greeting visitors, forwarding messages
Perform data entry, filing, mailing, and general office support
Support inventory control by:
Conducting product counts (glass, cans, cartons)
Investigating inventory discrepancies
Locating products and pulling product samples
Assist warehouse and traffic office with locating pallets
Maintain office equipment & assist with administrative tasks as needed
Represent the company with professionalism and a strong sense of ownership
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience required (3PL/warehouse environment preferred)
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and counting
Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Comfortable cross-training and supporting multiple departments
Reliable and strong work ethic
