Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Team Lead / Forklift Operator to join our client's dynamic warehouse night team in Adairsville,GA. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on sit-down forklift operation with leadership responsibilities to help drive a safe, efficient, and high-performing warehouse environment. If you're an experienced equipment operator with a knack for coaching others and maintaining high safety standards, we want to hear from you! Team Lead / Forklift Operator Key Responsibilities:
Support the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operations, team training, and workflow oversight.
Observe team performance and coach employees on safety, quality, and process compliance.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load/unload materials, accurately pick and pack orders, and move inventory as directed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for product movement and equipment use.
Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions or repair needs.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed across warehouse tasks.
Interact professionally with customers in person, phone and email.
Team Lead / Forklift Operator Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sit-down forklift operator; Quad forklift experience preferred
Computer Knowledge is required
Prior leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse operations
Ability to lift 35lbs repetitively
Ability to get on and off the forklift 20-25 times a day without issue
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
