Key Responsibilities: • Daily entry of bid requests into our system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Communicate with customers via email and phone, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues. • Initiate return requests when necessary and coordinate the return process. • Collaborate effectively with other departments within the organization to streamline processes and provide a seamless customer experience. • Develop and distribute products and relevant information to customers. • Work collaboratively with other team members to expand our customer base. • Provide support in the Sales and Leasing of products by assisting in sales-related tasks.
