Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Owosso
Salary: $1000 Weekly (Salaried)

Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Owosso! As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive top-notch service by handling bid requests, communicating effectively, and assisting with various sales and service-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
•    Daily entry of bid requests into our system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•    Communicate with customers via email and phone, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
•    Initiate return requests when necessary and coordinate the return process.
•    Collaborate effectively with other departments within the organization to streamline processes and provide a seamless customer experience.
•    Develop and distribute products and relevant information to customers.
•    Work collaboratively with other team members to expand our customer base.
•    Provide support in the Sales and Leasing of products by assisting in sales-related tasks.

Qualifications:
•    Proficient data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
•    Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
•    Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role is a plus.
