As the primary contact and communicator with and between internal Sales and client for assigned accounts (retailers), the Customer Support Specialist provides service internally and externally.
- Assist and support Sales in understanding and meeting customer demand.
- Consistently communicate and cohesively interact with other functional teams and provide accurate and timely information as needed for problem/issue resolution.
A strong candidate will possess strong communication skills (written, oral and listening) and a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. A good attention to detail is a must to ensure success in this role.
