As a Customer Service Specialist you will act as the primary contact and communicator with and between internal Sales and client for assigned accounts (retailers), the Customer Support Specialist provides service internally and externally.
- Assist and support Sales in understanding and meeting customer demand.
- Consistently communicate and cohesively interact with other functional teams and provide accurate and timely information as needed for problem/issue resolution.
A strong candidate will possess strong communication skills (written, oral and listening) and a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. A good attention to detail is a must to ensure success in this role.
