RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming provider and member calls regarding health insurance. Call types are eligibility, benefits, claims, and other general health insurance information. Access various systems to research and resolve inquiries and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be available to work a shift between 8am to 8pm. Currently, call center hours are 8: 30am to 5pm M-F. Minimum of 2 years call center experience is required. Healthcare Industry / Health Insurance experience HIGHLY preferred. Customer service experience is a plus.
