Customer Service & Account Coordinator Youngsville, NC $18.00–$20.00/hour Monday– Friday | Regular Business Hours | No Overtime Do you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and being part of a busy team? We' re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service & Account Coordinator to support customers and internal operations in a fast-paced office environment.If you' re someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and jumping in wherever needed, we' d love to meet you! What You' ll Do
Provide outstanding customer service by phone and email
Support customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Process orders, update customer information, and enter data accurately
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Assist with administrative tasks and support multiple departments
Help keep daily operations running smoothly by pitching in where needed
What We' re Looking For
Previous customer service, administrative, or account support experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a team-player mindset
