Customer Service Representative Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8AM-5PM Are you a people person with strong computer skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service? We're seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to join a busy office team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping customers while supporting a fast-paced operation. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts
Process orders, update customer information, and maintain accurate records
Assist with account management and resolve customer inquiries
Enter and manage data using multiple computer systems
Support the office team with administrative tasks and special projects
Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Qualifications
Previous customer service, administrative, or account support experience preferred
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a team-first mindset
