Job Description

Qualified Staffing is hiring a Custodian for an apartment complex in Griffin, GA.  This is a full time, day shift, temp-to-perm position!  Pay: $16-$20/hour, based on experienceSchedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Remove scraps and trash from around the building 
  • Sweep debris and dust from around the building
  • Empty all trash containers within specified work area 
  • Patrols grounds as needed and picks up trash and litter 
  • Clean up any spills from the floor 
  • Change lightbulbs 
  • Other duties as assigned 
 REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Must have 2+ years' experience in maintaining commercial facilities
