Responsibilities:
  • Set a safe and steady speed that targets high productivity and low waste
  • Plan and set up machines
  • Constantly monitor and act upon quality issues, informing the machine adjusters immediately
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Pack products
  • Inspect finished product for proper lamination and printing appearance
  • Be open to overtime as needed, may need to work 12 hour shifts to cover for vacations (rare but it can happen)
  • Maintain good work ethic, work attitude, and attendance. Communication, communication, communication!
