Job Description
Are you experienced in roofing or construction and ready to lead? Qualified Staffing is currently hiring a Crew Lead for our client in Warner Robins, Ga. Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM–6:45 PM | Optional half-day Friday Pay: $15–$17 per hour **This is a direct hire opportunity Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily job site operations and ensure safe, efficient work
Inspect ongoing and completed roofing work
Assign tasks, maintain budgets, and keep projects on track
Coordinate with homeowners, sales reps, office staff, and building professionals
Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and photos (before, during & after) using a company-provided drone
Attend job site meetings and follow work plans provided by management
Qualifications:
1+ year of roofing or construction experience preferred
Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
Basic computer/tablet skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
