Join Our Team as a Controller in Saginaw MIWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to lead and manage our accounting and financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
Prepare and publish timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Five years of experience in a similar financial controller role.
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software such as [mention specific software].
