Required skills:
- Ability to read/comprehend blueprints is a must
- Experience in estimating/bidding
- Experience in dealing with VDOT and or Highway construction is a BIG plus
- Customer interaction and business development is required
- Hours are 7-5 w/ 1 hour lunch
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience overseeing teams of 10-20 individuals
