Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Construction Credit Manager in Harrisonburg, VA- Direct Hire! $80-85k with a 10% bonus potential

What to expect:

1 to 2 direct reports
Review of new customer credit apps, access risk, give appropriate credit line and communicate to customers
Manage accounts receivable to eliminate 120+ DSO and reduce monies over 60
Assist in legal collection when needed by having all supporting paperwork available
Review customer contracts and purchase orders to protect the interest of the enterprise
Work with managers/sales team to improve collection process and overall customer satisfaction
Host bi-weekly credit calls to review the accounts of the enterprise
Other duties as required
Hours are 7-5 w/ 1 hour lunch
