Key duties include:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC-controlled machines to meet production goals
Making accurate machine adjustments, including tool wear offsets and part alignment
Optimizing processes to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring machines are in proper working order
Inspecting parts for quality using precision measuring tools
Reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work orders
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a CNC Operator in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong ability to read mechanical schematics and technical drawings
Skilled with CNC machines, tooling, and inspection tools
Mechanically inclined with solid math skills
Detail-focused, results-oriented, and a team player
