Coater for Production: ($16.60)
For the coater position, they will need to be able to handle math problems and be good with problem solving. They need to be self-starters and self-motivated. They will need to learn how to complete “recipes” for the coatings we apply (we will train them). They need to be problem-solvers to keep an eye on the seed and notice if the seed is not being coated correctly and then decide what needs to be done. They also need to be reliable in that they need to be here on-time and every day. We understand that sometimes circumstances happen that cause them to be out; however, we do need them to be reliable because we cannot run without a coater. The job can be physical in that they have to scrape and clean the coaters, and they will, at times, be lifting 50 lbs. bags. Forklift experience would be helpful. They need be able to take responsibility and own the job.
