We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Associate to engage and assist with seamless enrollment into our platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the best experience possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Address inquiries, provide information, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
Maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide accurate assistance.
Data Management:
Accurately record interactions and details of client engagements.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools & other systems for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the tech and management teams to relay feedback and improve the enrollment process.
Report and escalate any challenges or significant issues that arise during client interactions.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with any changes or updates to our platform.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance job-related skills.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.
Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
