Position: Client Services CoordinatorLocation: Brighton, MI Pay: 40K+ commensurate with experienceShift: M-F, M-Th 8:30am-5:30, Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Legal Administrative Pro (a.k.a. the one who keeps everything running) We’re looking for someone organized, sharp, and reliable who actually likes being the person everyone depends on. If you enjoy juggling tasks, keeping things on track, and making clients feel taken care of—you’ll fit right in as our Client Services Coordinator. What You’ll Do
Be the friendly first impression (phones, emails, clients)
Keep calendars organized and schedules running smoothly
Prep and proof financial and legal documents (details matter here)
Keep client files clean, accurate, and up to date
Stay on top of follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks
Handle the day-to-day office tasks that keep everything moving
What You Bring
Organized, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative
Experience in admin or legal support
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (we’ll teach the rest)
Ability to handle confidential info with care
Associate degree or above required.
