Job Description

Position:  Client Care CoordinatorLocation:  BrightonPay:  $18+ based on experienceShift:  M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm, some evenings will be required! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our legal team and deliver excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.  **Please note that this client does not offer benefits.  
Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, answer phones, and manage email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for lawyers and staff
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain client files and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate client communications and follow-ups to ensure excellent service
  • Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks
  • Support daily operations of the office and assist with special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or legal support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic legal software (training provided if needed)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
