Job Description

Grievance Intake Coordinator
? Location: Raleigh, NC - on site!
? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
? Organization: North Carolina State Bar
? Hiring Range: $18-21/hr DOE

What You’ll Do:
  • Process and organize legal complaints and documents
  • Maintain accurate electronic case files
  • Monitor shared email accounts and provide timely responses
  • Coordinate with local judicial districts
  • Track case statuses using spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Assist with administrative duties and support process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
  • Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant administrative or legal support experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
