Do you enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service over the phone? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a temporary assignment with our client in Bonaire, Ga. Position Details:
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Assignment Length: Temporary, lasting approximately 4–6 weeks
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and direct inquiries as needed
Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the system
Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
Support the office team with general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office programs
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
