Cherry Picker Operator / Warehouse AssociateLocation: Richmond, VAPay: $18/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMEmployment Type: Temp-to-Perm Now Hiring Cherry Picker Operators!Qualified Staffing is hiring an experienced Cherry Picker Operator for a warehouse and distribution facility in Richmond, VA. This position supports daily warehouse operations by picking inventory from racking, restocking products, and moving materials throughout the facility. What You’ll Do
Operate cherry picker and reach truck equipment to retrieve and store inventory
Pull bulk product from warehouse racking based on picking tickets
Restock inventory to maintain efficient warehouse operations
Unload containers and move pallets to designated storage locations
Consolidate pallets and organize product to maximize warehouse space
Assist with loading outbound shipments onto trucks
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and product verification
Maintain a clean and safe work area while following safety procedures
Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience operating a cherry picker and reach truck
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in elevated racking systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and focus on workplace safety
Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
Basic computer skills are a plus
