Join Our Team as a CNC/Wire EDM Operator in the Blue Water Area
Pay Rate:
  • 1st Shift CNC/WEDM Operators
  • 2nd Shift CNC/WEDM Operators: 
  • 3rd Shift CNC/WEDM Operators: 
Schedule (4×10s): Monday–Thursday — enjoy three-day weekends every week!
  • 1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
  • 3rd Shift: 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM(Some overtime required based on production needs)

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming & Setup: Program, set up, and operate CNC and Wire EDM machines, including multi-axis mill/turn centers.
  • Precision Machining: Interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM models, and technical drawings into accurate machining operations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts, document dimensions, and ensure all products meet customer specifications.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain dust collection systems.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all OSHA and company safety standards while maintaining an organized, clean work area.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, programmers, and team members to support production goals.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document setups, inspections, machine performance, and production details.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2–3+ years CNC milling, Wire EDM, or precision machining experience (programming experience a plus).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; machining/tooling certificates preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, interpret program data, use precision measuring tools, and operate CNC/EDM machinery.
  • Traits: Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical machining duties.
