Job Description

CNC/WIRE EDM Machinist
  • Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday| |5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. | Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours
    • Enjoy a 4 day work week with Monday through Thursday off while still receiving 40 hours of pay
  • Job Type: Contract to Hire Opportunity
  • Pay: $20+ depending on experience
We are currently seeking experienced CNC/WEDM Operators for a highly respected manufacturing facility in the Port Huron area. This company is known for its excellent culture, clean work environment, long term stability, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC and Wire EDM machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Make machine offsets and adjustments
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Support production and quality goals
Qualifications:
  • Previous CNC machining and/or Wire EDM experience preferred
  • Programming experience is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
