As we continue to grow, we seek a highly motivated and experienced CNC Quality Lead to join our team and ensure our quality processes consistently deliver top-tier results for our clients.Position Overview: As the Quality Team Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality. This role is pivotal to our commitment to excellence and supporting long-term relationships with our clients.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the quality assurance team, ensuring strict adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
Implement and maintain effective quality control procedures and systems.
Conduct daily quality inspections and audits to monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to resolve any quality issues.
Manage timelines and activities related to quality assurance projects and tasks.
Train and mentor team members on quality standards, practices, and procedures.
Process documentation, including procedures, images, part packaging/handling, and process tracking.
Oversee gage calibration to ensure precision in all measurements.
Conduct root cause analysis on defects and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Create and implement corrective actions and preventive measures for quality concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality assurance within a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
Solid experience in conducting quality inspections and audits.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting quality data and driving continuous improvements.
Project management experience is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
A positive team-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
