- Technical expertise in CNC Machining
- Project management skills
- Scheduling and time management skills
- Management & supervisory skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational & prioritization skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor degree in manufacturing engineering or equivalent training is a plus
