Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce quality parts
Load and unload parts and tooling as required
Make basic machine offsets and adjustments
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Accurately record production counts, scrap, and time
Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and job travelers
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
Previous CNC operating experience (setup experience a plus)
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
Experience using precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
