Shifts:
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday plus 10 percent shift premium
3rd Shift: 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM Monday through Friday plus 15 percent shift premium

Summary Our client is seeking experienced machinists across multiple areas. Openings include CNC mill machinists, CNC lathe machinists, manual machinists plus OD and ID grinder machinists. You will handle setup and operation for both manual and CNC equipment while ensuring proper tooling, quality, and machine care. Responsibilities
Setup and operate CNC Mill or/and manual machines such as lathes, mills, drills, and grinders
Position and secure work pieces using correct fixtures, chucks, or holding devices
Machine and test parts based on engineering and customer specifications
Complete inspections to confirm parts meet blueprint and quality standards
Verify all parts are free of burrs or surface damage
Maintain correct part identification and accurate documentation
Communicate key details during shift change for smooth workflow
Perform routine machine care and maintenance
Follow all safety rules and quality procedures while keeping a clean 6s work area
Support continuous material flow in the cell and contribute to team goals
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 to 5 years experience with one or more of the following: CNC lathes, CNC grinding, manual machining
Skilled with micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators, optical comparators, and other common measurement tools
Able to read and follow blueprints and manufacturing plans
Able to multitask and work well within a team
Able to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift
Training on day shift for 6 to 9 months depending on experience
