Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications
Familiarity with Haas, Mori Seiki, and Fanuc Controls to ensure smooth operation of machinery
Proficient in CNC "G code" programming, with the ability to make edits and adjustments as necessary
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to maintain quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of projects
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing setting
Expertise in operating Haas, Mori Seiki, and Fanuc Controls
Strong understanding of CNC "G code" programming, with the ability to make edits and modifications
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production deadlines
