We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator or Screw Machine Operator to join our team in Oxford, NC. What You’ll Do: - Set up, operate, and maintain CNC or screw machines to produce precision parts - Monitor production and make adjustments to ensure quality output - Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
What We’re Looking For: - Experience operating CNC or screw machines (preferred but not required) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics (a plus!) - Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude - Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
