Join Our Team as a CNC Lathe Set-Up Operator in St. Clair, MI
Pay Rate: $18 - $26 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (optional OT)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to adjust machine settings accurately.
  • Inspect parts using precision tools to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot and enhance production processes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience in CNC lathe set-up and operation.

  • Blueprint Reading Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
