Food Production OperatorWestby, WINight Shift, working 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 pm-5 am, including every other weekend.$20+/hr Position Summary The Food Production Operator runs and monitors packaging machines to ensure products are packaged safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate bulk packaging machines and date codes
Follow production schedules and monitor packaging processes
Check product quality, weights, seals, and pH levels
Keep equipment and packaging areas clean and sanitized
Inspect machines before and after use
Record production and quality checks
Assist with staging packaging materials and preparing shipments
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of related experience
Ability to follow safety and quality procedures (SOPs & GMPs)
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or on a team
