Are you fluent in Spanish and English, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? We’re growing and looking for a driven and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Marietta, GA! What You’ll Be Doing:
Source, screen, and interview candidates – primarily for light industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing roles
Manage full-cycle recruiting to place the right talent quickly and effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Collaborate with your team to meet hiring goals and deliver top-notch service
Create job postings on platforms such as Indeed, Facebook and our online website
Using various computer programs and applications.
MUST have great phone etiquette and customer service skills. Experience is NOT required but preferred.
What You Bring to the Table:
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) – required
Prior experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor
