We are currently seeking an outgoing front desk communications coordinator for a busy office. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, a proven job performance history and administrative experience. In this position you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and exceptional service to all customers, clients and associates. Must be able to take initiative to move projects forward and meet deadlines. The front desk administrator plays a key role in maintaining the reputation and image of the company.

Duties will include:
• Answer incoming calls and inquires
• Schedule appointments
• Meet and greet clients
• Support office with administrative duties
• Excellent Computer skills
• Interact with employees, associates and clients
• Support Accounting functions with invoices, data entry and payroll
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Maintain the appearance of the waiting area
