High volume call center near the Cumberland Mall is seeking to fill 10 positions for Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Agents! 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, voice mails and emails to ensure that customer, merchant and sponsor issues are resolved both promptly and accurately with the highest possible degree of respect and urgency.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document the interaction through contact tracking.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
  • Update account status records and collection efforts.
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • BILINGUAL (SPANISH - ENGLISH) A MUST
    • 1 year minimum of experience in a call center required.
    • Background in collections or sales is a plus.

 

Salary: $16.00

Shift: Tuesdays - Saturdays: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Required Competencies:

The Bilingual COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

One year minimum of experience in a call center environment.

- Background in collections or sales is a plus.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English A MUST!

- Must have a flexible schedule. 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Demonstrate passion for excellence and respect to treating and taking care of customers.

- Strong decision making and analytical abilities.

- Strong detailed orientation and communication skills.

- Highly developed sense of urgency, integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
