For shrink wrapped bifold apply side wraps, align doors, and feed through shrink tunnel. Receive doors at outfeed of shrink tunnel, inspect shrink quality (large holes, wrinkles etc.), down stack shrink wrapped doors onto pallet and stack using proper stacking procedures. **Bifold boxers - use staple guns to close bifold boxes, down stack finished product onto pallets. Read orders to segregate orders by floor and tag boxes using customer specs. Must assist in changing plastic rolls for shrink tunnel, TPM, and LOTO certified.Strong knowledge of packaging requirements and procedures, door species/core types, how to read/interpret tickets, customer quality specs, shrink wrap tunnel, pneumatic staple guns, read tape measure 1/6".Read/interpret schedules and tickets, perform visual quality checks, operate shrink wrap tunnel, pneumatic staple gunOperate with supervision, ensure all bifold meet quality standards and are hinged, packaged, and stacked according to customer spec within the lead time provided.
