Job Description

NOW HIRING - IMMEDIATE OPENINGSMultiple Positions Across Departments Plastic Assembly Operator Stamping TechQuality Inspectors Warehouse Sorters $17.00-21.00/HOUR-Based on Position and Experience 
We are looking for talented assembly operators to work in a state of the art plastic production setting. The role is intended to support the production of connectors and ensure the parts are made according to specifications and focused on quality.
Operator Activities
  1. Learn the use of hand tools while assembling parts.
  2. Relief of fellow operators.
  3. Participate in continuous improvement process.
  4. Inspect parts to ensure accurate quality.
  5. Packs parts in boxes and bins for shipment will operate machines.
  6. Able to run at rate to meet machine quotas.
  7. Cleans surrounding work area.
  8. Uses 5S Sorting, Simply, Sweeping, Standardization, Self-discipline.
  9. May be assigned to perform other duties depending on plant needs.
  10. Ability to frequently lift up to 30lbs.
  11. Ability to stand for up to twelve (12) hours.
 Preferred Education, Experience  
  1. High School Diploma/GED
  2. 2+ years related experience in manufacturing and or assembly environment preferred
  3. Automotive Sector – Production Facilities
