Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases
Preparing and managing Purchase and Sale Agreements
Assisting in the creation and review of Financing Agreements

Handling lease disputes and related matters
Providing regulatory and compliance-related legal services
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
Expertise in handling lease disputes
