Job Description

Assembly Operator
Location: Blue Water Area, Michigan
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Overtime: Required, including weekends as needed
Qualified Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. This is a strong opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts according to standard work instructions and cycle times
  • Perform quality checks using gauges and inspection tools
  • Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area
  • Monitor equipment and report maintenance issues
  • Complete production documentation and quality records
  • Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in training new team members when needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work any shift and required overtime
  • Comfortable standing, walking, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a repetitive production environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical or vocational training is a plus
