Key Responsibilities:
Produce quality parts according to standard work instructions and control plans
Perform post-process checks using gauges, SPC charting, and other quality tools
Operate manual or motorized walk-behind lifting units to move materials
Diagnose and reset manual, semi-automatic, and automatic stations
Complete safety checks, teardowns, and error-proofing inspections
Maintain clean and organized work areas using 5S principles
Document daily production counts, quality data, and scrap tickets
Support process optimization and help train new team members
What We’re Looking For:
Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset
Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift operation
Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience preferred
