Assembly Line Associate Location: Flint Pay: 14.75 Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available

Duties:
Follow standard work instructions, quality alerts, and visual aids for each zone of the assembly process
Perform assembly line operations to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies
Ensure products are properly handled, routed, and stored in designated areas
Attach correct labels and tags to all finished products
Report any defective or questionable materials or conditions to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Complete tasks in accordance with the manufacturing schedule, with minimal supervision
Accurately and promptly complete all required paperwork
Adhere to all safety protocols, training programs, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
Ability to follow written instructions and visual standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of quality control principles
Comfortable working on your feet and with your hands for extended periods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
